Exchange Tickets

First, you will need the Admission Code (circled in red) on the tear-off portion of your ticket. (Clicking on the image will display a larger copy of the image.)
Then to exchange your tickets click the link below.
On the page loaded, click on Exchange Tickets
near the top of the right column.

Note that if you get an email receipt, the wording appears to imply that you spent another $65 per ticket for the exchange, whereas, in fact, there is no additional charge.

Notes:

  • There is no advance purchase at the student price.
  • A season subscription is $65 ($13 per show times 5 shows).
  • Season subscribers will be able to exchange their tickets beginning in early September (3 weeks before online sales begin).

Refund Policy

Except for group sales, there are no refunds.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that a performance must be cancelled due to inclement weather, loss of power, or other reason, the Players will announce the cancellation as follows:

  • On our voice mail at (757) 229-0431.
  • On our website: www.WilliamsburgPlayers.org
  • An email message will be sent to all customers having tickets for the cancelled performance.
  • The box office will attempt to call customers for the performance who do not have an email address on file.

Seating

  1. The auditorium is stepped (similar to the old auditorium), as opposed to slopped (Phi Beta Kappa, Kimball).
  2. Patrons enter from the lobby at rear of the auditorium, as at Phi Beta Kappa or the Kimball.
  3. Row M is reserved for patrons in wheelchairs (denoted in green) and their companions.
  4. The red seats are extra wide (26 inches rather than 23); their exact location may change.
  5. Right section: A1-6, B1-6, ... L1-6
    Center section: A7-22, B7-22, ... L7-22
    Left section: A23-28, B23-28, ... L23-28.
  6. Entering from the lobby and standing at the back of the auditorium, the seats are numbered from right to left. There is an aisle between seats 6 and 7 and another between 22 and 23.
  7. Stage height: 12 inches (same as old stage).
  8. There are exits from the auditorium at both ends of row A and 2 at the rear (row M).
    • The 2 exits from row M take you back into the lobby.
    • The exit at seat A1 goes directly outside.
    • The exit at seat A28 leads to a sloped hallway that takes you back to the lobby.
  9. There are 2 exits at the rear of the stage.
    • The left exit leads directly into the rear parking lot.
    • The right exit requires that you go down a set of stairs to the parking lot.

Privacy Policy

Neither the Williamsburg Players nor its online ticketing partner will share any of the information collected online with any other organization or individual without your permission. Specifically, we do not:

  • Divulge customer information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. The single exception to this is that season subscriber names (above the Sustainer level) are listed in each show's playbill.
  • Our online partner uses 128-bit encryption (the same level of encryption used by banks and credit card companies) for all the Players data transmitted or stored online. Our online partner assures us that credit card information is not stored online.
